The Prelude FLNG project, situated in the Browse Basin off the coast of Western Australia, holds the distinction of being the largest floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facility globally. Operated by Shell Australia, the Prelude FLNG facility began production in December 2018. With a double-hulled steel structure, it spans an impressive length of 488 meters and width of 74 meters. Weighing around 600,000 tonnes, this monumental vessel has the capacity to produce approximately 110,000 barrels
