I absolutely LOVE to propagate my string of pearls. They are by far my most requested plant, and it is just so easy to do! 5 weeks from cuttings to a rooted, beautiful plant. There are a couple of ways to propagate string of pearls. In this video I will demonstrate water propagation: ➡️Cut off one of the strings ➡️Remove the bottom few pearls. Roots will grow from the nodes (where each of the pearls was) ➡️Put in water. SOP propagate VERY quickly, you will get roots in only a few days Same rules apply as for any propagation: ➡️Take only healthy cuttings ➡️Provide bright indirect light. More light speeds up propagation and increases success rate ➡️Replace water weekly
