Denton County Emergency Services District No. 1 & 2 recently had the opportunity to host and train alongside the Double Oak Volunteer Fire Department - DOVFD, who brought out 14 firefighters for a hands-on training session. Crews focused on forcible entry techniques and EMS ambulance basics, with an emphasis on residential operations. Training covered proper door size-ups and making entry into a structure as quickly and efficiently as possible—because when seconds count, our training takes over.
