Take them out and keep aside. 3️⃣ In the same ghee, add grated carrots. 4️⃣ Fry well until the colour changes and carrots are about 75% cooked. 5️⃣ Add milk + condensed milk and let it boil nicely. 6️⃣ Add sugar carefully (condensed milk already has sweetness) 7️⃣ Cook until the halwa turns thick and glossy. 8️⃣ Add the fried dry fruits, mix well — and it’s ready! ✨ Warm,
