DOVER − The Rotary Club of Dover will hold its annual Community Carnation Sale from noon to 6 p.m. Feb. 13 and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 14, at Fundays, located at 1345 4th St NW, New Philadelphia, and Softies, located at 717 N Wooster Ave, Dover.
