Soybean dryer causes fire at Wichita Cargill plant
Crews battled a large fire at the Cargill plant just north of downtown Wichita Monday night.
A two-alarm fire that damaged Elephants Delicatessen early Tuesday morning was human-caused, according to Portland Fire & Rescue.
